My goal is to create designs, photos, videos, and DJ sets that not only look and sound great, but also effectively convey their intended objectives in the most efficient way possible.
Personal Design Language
Must have a reason to exist.
Can be understood by people with varying levels of design and art knowledge.
Must be relevant. a. What will it mean days, months, or years from now?
Creates conversations or a dialogue.
Expands on what came before it.
Must be multidisciplinary. a. Art, Design, Architecture, etc.
Defined yet flexible purpose and use. a. What is it’s purpose and how might that change? b. How is it going to be used and how might that change?
Must have an effect on user / viewer.
Identifiable signature. a. Uses familiar design cues and/or style.
